Judge Horace Wheatley is a native of Louisiana and a member of the Alameda County Superior Court. Judge Wheatley was a frequent winner of our Gumbo Cook-off. He has quite a unique gumbo recipe which he claims he received directly from the New Orleans Queen of Voodoo, Madame Marie Laveau.
