Judge Horace Wheatley is a native of Louisiana and currently sits on the Alameda County Superior Court. Judge Wheatley, is just one of our fabulous chefs at the Gumbo Cook-off. He has quite a unique gumbo recipe which he claims he received directly from the New Orleans Queen of Voodoo, Madame Marie Laveau. Come and taste it for yourself.
